11. Third-Party Links and Frames
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TutorMeProf. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that TutorMeProf shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Kaplan prohibits (i) the framing of any materials available through this site, and (ii) “deep linking” to pages of the Site other than the main page. TutorMeProf reserves the right to disable any unauthorized frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the contents of any other websites linked to this site.

12. User Content
If you submit comments, photos, and other content to us (“User Content”) through the Site, social media communities, survey responses, email, or otherwise, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, license to use, modify, create derivative works from, publish, display, and sublicense User Content, in whole or in part, in any format and on any platform either now known or hereinafter invented, and to associate User Content with your name and/or likeness. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to submit User Content to us and the right to grant us the license described above. Pursuant to 17 USC. § 512 as amended by Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), we have instituted procedures to receive written notification of claimed infringements and to process such claims in accordance with the DMCA.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TutorMeProf and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Services, or b) a breach of these Terms.
